This project began in 2013 as part of my New Year’s Resolution to learn English Paper Piecing. Over the next few years, I would make short bursts of progress in hand-piecing and hand-appliquing more and more flowers onto the black background squares. In 2018, I resolved to complete more UFO projects. Once I found this brilliant rainbow ombre fabric, I switched to machine piecing and free-motion quilting for this fun and vibrant finish!
