I found this paper pieced design 'Cordheart' , by Ulla Lenz and thought it would be fun to work from light to dark, block to block. The adage, 'as ye sew, so shall ye rip' is really applicable here, the red and white gridded fabric was printed to appear on the bias. Since I had the blocks on point, and the grid was not on point, I needed to re-cut the triangle blocks so they had the grid going in the correct direction. Then, walking from the cutting table to the sewing machine, I noticed that I flipped two blocks and had too much dark in one section, so that was more unsewing. I've quilted 'Love You More' in the quilt, can you find it?
