The quilt in front of me had a Dalmatian against a lovely red background, but the more I looked at it, I just saw FIRE and the dog was on the job. Bargello piecing builds a mountain against a blue sky, that includes green trees, white and gray smoke, yellow, orange and red fire. Thread play was added to enhance the look of flames.
