I made this quilt from a pattern I found in the April 2010 issue of American Patchwork and Quilting, along with a package of fabric purchased at a Guild fabric sale. I washed the fabric to make sure it wouldn't fade and, of course it shrank. So I had to re-cut all the cut pieces. It went together quickly. To me, it looks like an apartment building with window shades. This quilt has been donated to Quilts to Share for local youth homes.
