Looking at the lavender fields of Serenity's quilt, I was reminded of the lavender sage outside my kitchen window. It is a new addition in our redesigned backyard. As it is growing, it is producing large purple flowers. As I look out my window to admire it, I often see Anna's humming birds feeding on the flowers.
