Aileyn Ecob

Aileyn created Spring from a photo taken near Martinez by Tom Zamaria. She was drawn to it because it is typical of Northern California’s rolling hills and the color of the native oak trees as they are budding out in the spring. She used green-dyed cheese cloth and tulle for the green glow of the tiny new spring leaves. Spring is attached to a back quilt.
